You HAVE to take the bus that goes all around the island. It's the #5 or #6, i believe. It takes an couple of hours but it's REALLY worth it. IMHO, the most beautiful spot on the island is going from Pearl City through the tunnel and emerging in front of Kaneohe Bay with the mountains on each side of you. Absolutely INCREDIBLE!

Those shots at the T-intersection in K-Bay and that shot at Waimea Bay on the north shore left me with a home-sick feeling. :(
